Near Field UHF RFID Antennas

Near Field UHF RFID Antenna, Short-Range Precision Antenna for POS Counter, Desktop Writing & Jewelry Inventory

Near Field UHF RFID Antenna is ashort-range, high-precision directional antenna specially designed for close-proximity RFID identification. Unlike ordinary far-field antennas that spread signals widely, this antenna focuses electromagnetic energy directly above the antenna surface, forming a narrow and accurate induction area.

It solves the biggest pain point of conventional UHF antennas: cross-reading adjacent tags and false detection. It only reads tags within a very short distance, completely isolating interference from surrounding goods. It is the professional matching antenna for retail cashier counters, desktop tag writing equipment and high-value commodity precision management.

Core Advantages

  • Ultra-High Precision

Strictly limit the reading range, only identify tags on the working area. No misreading of nearby shelf goods, ensuring 100% accurate data during tag writing and cashier verification.

  • Strong Anti-Interference Ability

Concentrated near-field magnetic field features stable performance. It is less affected by surrounding metal counters and equipment, suitable for complex counter working environments.

  • Perfect for Desktop Tag Encoding

Cooperates perfectly with desktop UHF readers. It ensures that only the current single tag is written and modified, avoiding data errors caused by multiple tags being read simultaneously.

  • Flat & Ultra-Thin Installation

Compact and thin structure, easy to embed under counters, inside workbenches and POS equipment, hidden installation without affecting store aesthetics.

  • Stable Short-Range Consistency

Uniform near-field signal coverage, no local blind spots, ensuring every tag on the platform can be read and written stably.

Frequently Asked Questions

01What is the difference between near-field antenna and ordinary circular antenna?

Circular antennas focus on long-distance coverage and angle adaptation for store anti-theft. Near-field antennas focus on short-range precision and anti-cross-reading. It will not read tags outside the working area, which is irreplaceable for desktop writing and cashier scenarios.

02Can near-field antenna be used for store door anti-theft?

Not applicable. Its reading distance is too short for doorway exit monitoring. For store anti-theft, please choose our circular polarized far-field antenna.

03Is it suitable for metal counter installation?

Yes. The near-field magnetic field design resists metal interference better than ordinary far-field antennas, maintaining stable reading performance on metal desktops and counters.

04Why do tag-writing devices need near-field antennas?

Ordinary antennas easily read multiple surrounding tags at the same time, causing data writing errors. Near-field antennas ensure that only the target single tag is identified, guaranteeing 100% correctness of tag encoding and modification.
